Communication and Marketing Assistant
Job Description
Events
- Find, organize and attend shows and events worldwide to promote and sale the products.
- Ensure Intersec’s representation and visibility in events
- Prepare meetings’ agenda (leads, press, analysts…)
- Prepare and supervise event logistic, in/out event (freight, accommodation, exhibition area, access, goodies etc…)
- Follow-up and reporting (budget, new leads, presscoverage…)
Communication & Brand Management
- Ensure the organization’s brand is consistently portrayed
Website and Social Networks
- Website administration in English, French and Spanish: regularly update the website as well as check for accuracy, style and readability
- Help develop use of social media: Manage presence onTwitter, Facebook, LinkedIn…
- Webinars : communication, IT tool choice and recommendation, connections follow-up…
Press Relations (France + international)
- PR, testimonials, newsletters
- Build relationship with clients/media and maintain constant contact
- Increase Intersec visibility in specialized and traditional publications
Sales material
- Ensure Intersec look&feel is respected in all internal and external communication
- Design and create sales material (ppt, videos, etc...)
- Manage print store cupboard and distribution of marketing print, liaise with printers
Internal Communication
- Aid development of internal communications
- Organize internal events
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience within a small and busy marketing team in abusiness-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) environment
- Knowledge and some experience of marketing techniques
- Able to organize and plan own work, as well as work ofothers
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Time-management - ability to work on multiple projectsat one time
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Keen eye to detail
- Proactive with a hands-on/"can do" attitude
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CreativeSuite (Photoshop, Indesign). After Effect (preferred)
- Use of CRM, Salesforce preferred
